S Town and Ysrael

Brian Reed is the host of the record breaking podcast S-Town. He takes us on a journey where he takes us through his journey of meeting John B. McLemore. John is a resident of a small town in Alabama. He emailed Brian about town he lives in that he calls "shit town" or S-town. He lived in the town his own life and emails john about a murder that he believed happened in his town that no one has solved. Brian is in S-town because when John emailed him about S-town, it caught his eye after many email attempts. Brian wanted to see the town with his own eyes. Time in the podcast is unique. John has spent of his time in S-town and hasn't lived anywhere else. John is interested in time pieces like sundials and antique clocks. The time Brian spent in S-town during the first episode seemed to be forever because of the lack of information he had. John wasn't in a hurry to do anything and seemed as though he didn't care sometimes to Brian. The aspect of time was different for Brian and John and that could because of their lifestyles.

Ysrael is a boy that lives in the town over and is famous because when he was a baby, a pig ate his face. Yunior and Rafa are in the campo because their Dad lives in New York and their mom worked in a chocolate factory for long hours and didn't have the time or energy to take care of the boys. Instead they lived with their uncle in campo. Yunior and Rafa's relationship was like how boys who are brothers act. They tease and shove each other off.
