Interview Discussion

I'm planning to interview Nadia Nixon who works in the FSU athletic department as an administrative assistant in the defense department. She attended University of Southern Misssisppi for undergraduate and Florida State for her masters in Sports Management. I am planning to interview Nadia because she is following the path I see myself in the future. Nadia is a women in the sports industry and she can give me a first hand account of what she has gone through. She can share experiences with me that can show her role is being taken by her male peers around her and the presence of the rise of women. Five questions I have for Nadia would be "Why did you choose to major in sports management?", "Do you feel any pressures being a women in the sports industry?", "What are your daily task as an administrative assistant?", "Have you encountered any negative situations in the workplace towards you personally?", "Where do you want see yourself in 10 years?"
